If there were more than 5 stars, I would choose it. It was close to Mothers Day, I was trying to send flowers to my DIL in the Hospital after having my Grandson. I tried all of those "800flower" sites... nothing available, wouldn't deliver for a week, expensive, high delivery fees...etc. I came across Bouquets N Things on a Fri. night, I chose a beautiful Baby Boy Arrangement. the Delivery Fee was minimal, and it was delivered in under 18 hours. The bouquet was simply breathtaking- gorgeous!! But the chocolates and the balloon did not arrive the day of the floral delivery. They were delivered the next morning. The chocolates, however were not the large box I had ordered. In any event, the owner sent an apology and a small succulent plant in a ceramic pumpkin which I thought was quite thoughtful. I will use this florist again. The customer service was great!
