The bouquet was simply breathtaking- gorgeous!! But the chocolates and the balloon did not arrive the day of the floral delivery. They were delivered the next morning. The chocolates, however were not the large box I had ordered. In any event, the owner sent an apology and a small succulent plant in a ceramic pumpkin which I thought was quite thoughtful. I will use this florist again. The customer service was great!
